Gud morning doctor... I have doubt regarding RT-PCR test..if test is done...than other than corona virus like rhinovirus is present in body... will the test will be detected positive..

A. RT PCR test will be specific only for the covid-19 test because it will be detecting the antigens of only coronavirus there can be false positive or false negative also
