gud evening sir, sir my daughter is 2.7 years old, she feels vomitting seems like that she has got indigestion as she also does not eat properly anything.

It could be due to some kind of discomfort that your child is going through probably that is why your child is vomiting get out I’d advise it once Ke lyrics coming with your doctor to have further clarity and then only you can go ahead with whatever your doctor advises
