DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1.8 years old and he is taking his vaccinations at government hospitals then it’s very good and equally effective too but few vaccinations are not available at government hospitals

in government ,you can get only mandatory vaccines while in private ,you can get all - mandatory and optional both types of vaccines.
and sometimes there is difference of costs between them
otherwise the vaccines are equally good and effective
