Q.

Got first periods after delivery and my milk supply has reduced to the same. Feel softness in breast. Does it means that my milk supply is drying up? How to increase the milk supply

A. Hello dear parent! There can be some changes due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated healthy all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for skin warmth.
