Q.

Now my son is 4 months old, I got periods today ..this is first period after delivery..from past 3 to 4 days milk supply is reduced..will it resume back after periods..what to do to increase supply during periods

A. take a shatavari kalp with milk two times a day.more water intak and healthy diet..
