Good morning sir
Sir/ma’am my son suffering from fever, cold and cough from last 4 days. From last 3 4 months continue this happened doctor give some supplements and he was well soon then but this time i thought something is wrong . This is not happened ever with him. I attach some reports please guide me.

no need to worry, my son is 2.9 and he also have the same problem fever every month with cold cough and vomiting...
i ll asked same question 2 or 3 pediatrician.
they says not to worry after COVID the viral infection is raise and babies immunity is weak..
just do proper vaccination and touch their pediatrician.

the urine report is normal
it appears to be allergic cough/cold.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations. 
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as the kid is also small
