Good morning sir, My son six months old but last one weak cold and cough, Went to hospital but not cure

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symftptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic fmedications
