A. it is the flu inf .Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .

A. home remedies are all good but it would take a longer time to recover. Babies cant bear for a long time. It's better to check with doctor once and you can treat with medicines and home remedies parallely, that will help on faster recovery for the baby.
