Good morning sir my baby is 7 months now and she's getting fever from 3days no proper stools happening ,seems loosing weight, Getting her first tooth ??? pls suggest

A. hello mam during the teeth coming period there is a slight increase in the body temperature it is not more than one degree rise in body temperature if the fever is more it is not because of teeth coming and you should visit your pediatrician
