Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. coconut oil on the patches nk sfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

White patches on the face can be due to dryness.
Moisturize the face with cream.
It will be fine.
