good morning sir and madam is that muesli good for babies am giving total muesli mixture I did powder nd iam giving 2spoons everyday by mixing heatwater is this ok .shall I continue daily to get immune better muesling .ingridents wheat oats barly almonds

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes it's ok. can give. You can make a variety: sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, vegetable puree, fruit puree khichdi, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi etc
