Q.

good morning medam, now i am second time pregnant there one year baby girl in first pregnancy. so first one Caesarean now i am 6 months pregnant. Passively of normal delivery for me. if yes suggest me food and exercise. Thank you

A. if the gap between two pregnancys is less than 3 years then it might be a bit difficult to do a vaginal delivery and all that you can do right now is a regular walking
