Q.

good morning Mam..My 6 month old baby is a preterm baby ...so till when I have to wait for his first teeth... because his jaws were fully swealed up.

A. Dear parent, pre term birth doesnt have a significant effect on teething. Regular measures like massaging the gums with soft cloth dipped in cold water and giving chilled teethers to chew upon will help reducing the inflammation and discomfort of sore gums.
