Good morning madam my name is sireesha.during pregnancy and after delivery I put on lots of weight. Especially in my tummy I want to get rid of that. I tried lots of methods but there is no result. Please give me some suggestions

A. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning Maintain good hygiene
