Good Morning Dr my baby girl is 2.5 years old and she speaks all the words but speaks very few sentences..do i need to give her speech therapy??…And since few days i notice hair loss as well do i need to consult any dermatologist

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. for hairfall, it happens because of excess usage of cosmetic, tight hair styles, nutritional deficiencies
so please give Healthy and nutritious diet
avoid giving RO water
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair
use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair

nothing to worry about speech development
just encourage your child by talking with him or her more
keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
