Good morning Doctor, my baby completed 8 months. Need proper food guide or suggestions from your on what food to give him. Do you have any diet or food chart as such?

There are diet charts available you can actually visit the Mail planner section on the app itself from there you’ll find different recipes that you can prepare for the child and that meal planner has been formulated on the basis of the needs of a child in different recipes of the child doesn’t get bored by eating the similar food every day
