Q.

Good morning doctor Can you please advice how much quantity of food is sufficient for a 21 month old baby in terms how much of milk, dal , rice, roti and fruit should be given to them that it becomes a wholesome meal.

A. dear mum. it's difficult to answer this as once appetite is different. u may give up to 450 to 250 ml of milk every dayabd give 4 to 5 times food

A. She is breastfeed but only when she wants to sleep or sometimes in the evening. Is it sufficient?
