good evening how can I get rid of pigmentation and stretch marks of 7 years.please suggest me best creams

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear strech marks, are difficult to remove completely.. You can apply sun protection to your tummy regularly..have plenty of fluids, and Maintain healthy diet and hygine.
You can apply lemon juice on the melasma spots and gently rub it for two to three minutes everyday.

You should give a chat with a dermatologist because it has been such a long time it is better that you go ahead with the proper checkup and medication and treatment suggested by an expert in the field so I think it’s better to check with a dermatologist for this
