Good afternoon sir,my daughter is suffering from fever with 102.2 as well as cold .I have given calpol 250mg 5ml . My question is how to reduce high grade fever as well as body heat and which food and fluids are good this time .

You should use cold spooning that really helps a lot and as a fever is really very very high then you can also have honey and juice onto the body you can give coconut water you can give soap you can give butter milk these things are good to be given you can give liquid Khichdi and porridge and still if the fever is more than 103°F you should consult a doctor because that’s actually high fever
