Good afternoon I ve a 2 yrs old n 5 yrs old kids .Can chia seeds be given to them in curd.

Of course it can be giving to the chat in fact a lot of people make smoothies and putting with the help of Chia seeds using good amount of fruits into them so if if you would want to replace this Chia and curd together you can go ahead with another healthy recipes as well
