Good afternoon doctor I tried potato rice receipe for my 7 month old baby but he refuses to take i think he found it tasteless l need now suggestion can i use a pinch of salt in order to make it tasty

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, it’s not that he doesn’t like the taste but it takes time for babies to get familiar to new food. So introduce one new food at a time and continue the same for a few days before adding another new food but avoid adding salt.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent you can give rice khichdi with mashed potatoes so that it becomes easy for baby to swallow. Also you can add little curd in it to make it more tasty.
And curd should be at room temperature only. Do not give curd which is right out of fridge.
