which time is good to give rice , carrot, beetroot and potato during night or afternoon?

A. Afternoon time is good to give it and give 3 proper meals to the baby in a day and give seasonal fruits and vegetables abd nuts should be a part of diet

A. Hey Beautiful Mommy, Here is the list of safe options you can include in 6 months old baby's diet. Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune. Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato. Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa.

A. Hello mom You can give potato at any time of day rather than this all the items should be given before the evening timing. Rather than this Now you baby is more than one year old and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now on you should just try to give daily routine food
