giving paracetamol 3,4 times in a day to a baby isn't it harmful for health

A. no it can be given to baby . Paracetamol should be given for fever 3 to 4 times in a day . Steam can be given 2 to 3 times if there is cough and cold . Give more of water or ORS to baby . If condition remain same for more then 2 days then consult a doctor
