Aditi SinhaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, dry fruits are very important for children's growth. All dry fruits have one or the other benefits. we can start with one dry fruits at a time and later add more. I used to give soaked dry fruits in milk to add more Nutrition. thanks
