it is hard to judge anything from photo.
skin problems needs physical examination of child.
so please visit your pediatrician.
choose Cotton clothes for your child
avoid using any cosmetics
to protect your child from mosquito bites ,use baby friendly mosquito net or repellent like Babyhug brand mosquito net or repellent.
keep the surrounding clean.
try cool pack on this
