Gdmrng sir,I have 3month baby,sir,he is passing more gasand not passing motion 5days

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. baby may cry usually due to gastric pain which can be relieved by giving collicaid drops.other reasons could be nose blockage, diaper rash and may be more like hunger or sleep, any fear or stubbornness ,oso accordingly may be assessed.If the crying behaviour doesnot resolve,visit your doctor.

It can be more than 7 times per day also and sometimes the child will not pass stool for 10 days also.
The most impxortant thing is the consistency of the stool and if it is Semi solid to solid or semi liquid then there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour as well as the smell of the stool
Also straining and crying while passing urine and stool is very normal
