From yesterday night my daughter is vomiting. she is vomiting after taking the liquid items, please suggest what can I do

A. Hai good morning !! Give 3 meals easily digestible recipes - Idly,kichdi,cerelac,roti ,rasam rice. Water,fluids (barley,coconut water,ORS fluids ) for hydration. Avoid milk,diary products ,heavy digestible foods which cause digestion upset.
