Q.

from yesterday my daughter had fever an headache what medicine should I have to give her and what is the cause of these symptoms please tell me

A. hello you may give syp paracetamol to the baby once and repeat it after 6 hours if fever is present and give good diet and fluids and if persistent get evaluated once.
