From past one week I am having breast pain, tiredness, not feeling like to eat, sometimes nausea. Today was my period due and I tested for pregnancy but got single dark line. Is it pms or pregnancy? I am concerned because pregnancy test came negative

Stay hydrated
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Take seasonal fruits vegetables juice and take vitamins supplements calcium supplements
