Q.

From last few day my baby not urinate enough, he urinate only 4 times in a day.. what to do?

A. Try feeding the baby more frequently. You can start giving him water as he is already 6 months old. Start with other fluids like warm clear vegetables soups, coconut water, fresh fruit juices etc. Is your breast producing enough milk? Does your baby stay cranky even after being fed? Does his lips look dry?
