from last 4 months my 4 year kid has cold cough. giving him homeopathy treatment. no more relief what should we do

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home gremedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allefrgic medications
