from last 3days my son not eat properly at meal time he feels like nausea .he had potty after 3days .he is not take meal properly please help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. fruit juices coconut water buttermilk to the baby uub xand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
