From Day before yesterday (29.6.2021) Evening stopped breast feeding to my daughter. My Breasts are hard , tight, paining much . Not able to bear the pain. What can be done to reduce the pain? How long does this pain last. Kindly Help me in this

A. it is quite common for having clogged milk in the breast leading to pain put hot fomentation and the breast and take Dolo 650 for relief of pain generally it subsides in one weektime
