From 2days very small pimples are there on my child's face. only on the face. what will be the reason and what to apply?? , I think it is from heat.. photo of the face I have attached below

A. Hi there is a possiblility that is due to heat. It is the peak time of summers. I would suggest you to keep your child hyderated, give a lot of water amd liquids and juices. Also, stop alpplying too much of moisturiser on baby skin
