Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can take home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk as well as take chyawanprash or sitopaladi which help in decreasing your problem and this will also prevent transmission and when you come in contact with your child use face mask and do proper hand washing and give flu vaccination to your child
