Foul smell in a poop of both times for last 15-20 days.What could be the reason?

Sometimes bad smell could be due to constipation sometimes it could be holding the poo for a longer time or passing motion in a day or two but if it is continuously happening even after having proper pooping then mostly it could be either due to indigestion or a stomach infection
