Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. Evion vitamin E cream you can apply you can also use Cetaphil baby cream that is also very good apart from that if you want to connect with the doctor then you can go for dermatologist they have more of knowledge about skin area so they will help
