first period after delivery is heavier with soaking of pad within 2 hours for 2 days and no pain or cramps. Is it normal? should I consult the doctor if it does not reduce within a day or two?

A. Hello dear Yes the first few cycles after giving birth will be heavy and for a few people painful also. The bleeding does seem to be too heavy for you ,consult your gynecologist once
