Q.

My periods started after 2 months of my delivery. I have noticed that in every 2nd bay of my period my flow is heavy ( I have to change my pad in every 3 hours)till today. Do I have to worry or consult any gynecologist

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal post delivery due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and take care
