How to get rid of menstrual cramps after delivery? Baby is having 7 months, now again i am having old period pain

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. and also evaluate yourself with doctor in person and follow the instructions. and please follow regular exercise and yoga routine. take care
