fever is not coming down after giving paracetamol, what to do ?

A. do tepid sponging and consult your doctor

A. The fever has a tendency to keep repeating over and over within 4 to 6 hours so you have to continue with the medicine if the fever doesn’t survive maximum by the time of 72 hours it is not a normal fever in that case you should visit your doctor
