fever ho rha hai..aur toilet jayda jati hai... weakness ho gya hai

A. hello you can give paracetamol for fever and also make sure the child is hydrated and in regards to other medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide your accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about
