Q.

fever from last 2 days.. 103 fever he is having.. we are giving paracetamol syrup every 6 hours.. fever coming down after taking medicine after 5 hours again fever raising

A. continue the paracetamol in every 6 hours for 3 days, after that of no Any improvement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
