Fever 3 days 1-2 times a day 99-100.5 F With cough episodes 2-3 episodes a day past 3 days From morning mild nasal congestion ?sore throat as while cough change in voice

A. ok. you may give your child a pinch of sitopaladi powder with honey thrice a day. give steam inhalation too. you may apply baby rub on chest back n bottom of feet. give paracetamol if body temp records above 100 f
