have paracetamol after wards.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Yes If you want you can take the vaccination as of now also it’s completely safe for nursing mothers to go for now and after that they can give breastfeeding the child as well that’s not an issue because according to the new normal is completely safe for everybody apart from pregnant women
