ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. if you are comfortable you can how ever ther eis exemption for breastfeeding mothers To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

better to avoid.
it is important to keep your self hydrated and get essential nutrients.
so please take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
but avoid overeating.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake.
