offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food.
give in small quantity initially, gradually increase the portion.

Hi Maybe the one you made at home was quite heavy for you to digest because the market food is very light that they prepare that’s according to the age of the child but whatever parents prepared at home there a lot of healthy grains into it which is not suitable for a child at an early age maybe that is why your child vomited
