RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Irritation and richness and gums loss of appetite diarrhoea fever these are some common symptoms for teething . But not necessary in any order. And it is not even necessary that all of those things will happen is if your child is 6+ and you can start applying honey onto your child’s gums to settle down the irritation and itchiness apart from that you can start with homoeopathic medication called calcareous PHOS6 tablet size a day to help in easy teething to the baby
