evening I gave dhall rice to my daughter now she vomited it seems like undigested what to do now

A. Hi Nothing needs to be done as she has taken out the part which didn't go inside her system.If it is just a one off incident just leave it. In case the vomiting continues then it's best to seek the doctor and take advise.
