ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should exclusively breast feed your baby till six months and then start giving water and semi solid foods to the baby as mothers milk is the complete food for the baby and builds immunity

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. No dear water should not be given to baby at this age u are already giving him breastmilk or formula milk which already contains water in it so too much of water is not required u can give it after completing six months
